Dr Farah Naqvi is an academician, writer, corporate trainer and HRD consultant. Currently, she is associated with Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad as Management Faculty and rendering training and consulting services to many organizations across the globe in different professional capacities. In her academic & training career, she has worked with premier institutes like GCUE Kuwait, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), IBA Bangalore, Centre for Organization Development Hyderabad (COD), ICFAI Hyderabad where she pursued her research, teaching and training pursuits. She has to her credit many Research Articles published in international refereed journals. Her research project on ‘Perspectives of Indian Women Managers in the Public Sector’ published by Indian Journal of Gender Studies- Sage Publications, created ripples in the field of gender studies. She was invited for the same as a keynote speaker in the sponsored session by the United Nations Development Fund for women. Dr Farah has conducted consulting & Management Development Programs for a diverse clientele throughout her career including Ministry of Finance Govt. of Afghanistan, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Power Grid Corporation Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd., National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, College of Defense Management, Hyderabad to name a few.
She forayed into the literature world with her best selling fictions- ‘The light in Blackout’ in 2019 and ‘Jhumki’ in 2020. The books garnered great reviews featuring in the top 25 Fiction bestsellers list on Amazon within a month of its release. She has been featured for her literary work in leading English newspapers like The Hindu, Business Standard, Deccan Chronicle, The Asian Age, The Hans India, Dailyhunt, Newstrack, Newsnow, The India Observer (TIO), The Dispatch and many other online and print media.
Dr. Farah is a featured author, columnist and contributor in different newspapers and online portals such as The Dispatch, Human Capital, TIO (USA), The Hans India, Asian Chronicle, Deccan Chronicle, Asian Age, The Daily Brunch, Women’s Web, Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), and World Nation’s Writer Union (WNWU). She has been invited as guest panelist for many national and international news channels and television shows. She loves to express herself through her writing be it poetry, stories, articles or columns on varied themes.
